Returns Policy

I can only refund vintage items if it has been agreed with you via email that you may return if there is damage that was not made clear at the time of purchase, mutually agreed by you and me, that it could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. I hope you understand I will always as reasonable as possible. 

SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS are non-returnable.

Peach Vintage is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.

If a return item is misplaced in the post, I am happy to help locate it provided tracking information is provided to me.

I can only refund an item once I have received it and not before.

Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.

Once I have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.

Please return your items (only when agreed via email)* within 7 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order number on the outside of the envelope and please return as follows to:
